After joining Bold Penguin in January 2020 as Deputy General Counsel, Wu Fate quickly earned a promotion to General Counsel in July 2021. As General Counsel, she applies her corporate, contract negotiation, financial services, and business acumen to extend Bold Penguin’s mission to simplify commercial insurance.

Wu Fate has also served on the Board of Trustees for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio and the Columbus Crew SC Soccer Foundation. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
