We thought it would be good idea to invite in a pro.
Shaun and I decided it would be a good idea to invite someone that actually does this for a living. So our good friend and colleague Jeff decided to step up and join us in the sauna. He laughed, he steamed, and then he told us what he thought were the big problems in insurance -mostly personal car and home insurance - as he sees it today.
We know going into this there will be a lot of people that disagree and think we aren't saying the right things. But we recorded this anyways, it's what we believe to be true.
