Integrated Bind expands to Coterie and Hiscox– quote and bind without leaving the Terminal

Integrated Bind is now live for both Coterie and Hiscox in the Bold Penguin Terminal. Terminal users can start, quote, and bind eligible policies with either carrier— eliminating portal switching, duplicate data entry, and workflow interruptions. The result is faster policy issuance and a smoother experience for agents and their clients. Integrated Bind keeps the entire process in a single, streamlined workflow from application to policy issuance.

Client Quote Start experience upgraded to Storefront

The Bold Penguin Terminal's Client Quote Start (CQS) experience has been upgraded to Storefront, our next-generation client-facing quoting solution. The transition happened automatically — no action required. All existing settings (agency contact information, business hours, logo, and branding colors) carried over seamlessly. Storefront also unlocks new customization options, giving agents more control over how their agency appears to clients. Included with a Terminal, at no additional charge, Storefront is the foundation for all future enhancements to the client-facing quoting experience, with more to come.

Blitz E&S coverage available in the Terminal

Blitz has been added to the Bold Penguin Terminal, giving agents with a market access appointment expanded non-admitted general liability (GL) and business owners' policy (BOP) options for hard-to-place risks across a range of industries and project types. A leading managing general underwriter, Blitz issues coverage on "A-" (Excellent), XV rated paper, enabling same-day activation and binding in minutes. Foxquilt has been added to the Bold Penguin Terminal, giving agents with a market access appointment expanded admitted commercial general liability (GL) coverage options for faster turnaround times and fewer administrative hurdles.
