Be remote & flexible

We operate a hybrid environment where most employees are able to work wherever they work best. Some positions are based in a specific location, including our Columbus, OH, headquarters, while others have the flexibility to be based in one of our seven designated “icebergs” across the country. We still collaborate and celebrate in person at our Penguin Tank and Penguin Palooza think-tank sessions, or at tailgate parties and happy hours.

Be engaged

Weekly company-wide “waddle” meetings allow everyone to share departmental initiatives that help us on our Bold journey. Engaging virtual activities like Gatherings on the Glacier, Trivia Tuesdays, and monthly giveaways we do just to have fun together.

You can also participate in one or more of our voluntary, employee-led Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) or give back to the community with one of our several charitable causes and activities.
