Bold Penguin presents the first installment of The Bold Brief, Volume 2 – a recap of recent Bold Penguin innovations, carrier updates, and educational tools. We are thrilled to share these resources as a partner in your success.
The carrier quote PDF downloads feature allows agents to download PDFs of returned quotes for select carriers directly in the Bold Penguin Terminal, reducing the time required to provide documentation to customers.
The advanced classification feature empowers agents to manually adjust mapped classifications for each in-appetite carrier before continuing the quoting process in the Bold Penguin Terminal. This functionality ensures each carrier’s appetite is properly reflected, reducing declinations, delivering a smoother quoting process, and saving time for agents.
EMPLOYERS has been added to the Bold Penguin Terminal, providing directly appointed agents with the ability to quote more workers’ compensation (WC) coverage options. EMPLOYERS is a WC carrier writing in almost every state and Washington D.C. Seventy-five percent of all businesses in the U.S. fall within EMPLOYERS target classes. Directly appointed agents in select states can view appetite for commercial auto insurance in the Terminal before bridging to the Pie portal to quote and bind.
