Leveraging her deep industry expertise, she oversees the end-to-end management of enterprise partner and carrier relationships. Her team drives digital distribution and is dedicated to ensuring every commercial risk finds its optimal quote.

Farley was previously Bold Penguin’s Senior Vice President (SVP) of Agency and Carrier Operations, where she spearheaded initiatives related to enterprise operations, technology, and data-driven decision-making. Prior to joining Bold Penguin, she was employed at Insureon, where she held the SVP of Carrier and Enterprise Relationships, and General Counsel and Director of Human Resources roles.
Farley holds a Law Degree from William Mitchell, an MBA from the University of Illinois, and a Bachelor’s degree from Mercyhurst University.
